The Town of South Congaree manages its governmental process through the council form of government. This form allows the mayor and each of the four council members the same voting privileges. Each member of council, including the mayor, serves a four year term. Council meets the third Tuesday of each month at 6:30 pm in the Court/Council Chambers at the town hall at 119 West Berry Road, West Columbia, SC 29172.
